Orders

If you have an account with us, please check your account page where your order history will be shown. 

Please contact our customer support team here, if you do not have an account with us. 

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve placed your order. Please contact our customer support team here, as they may be able to cancel your order before it is dispatched. 

If your order has already been dispatched, there is nothing that we can do. You will need to follow our returns process.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact our customer support team here, and they may be able to cancel your order for you before it is dispatched.

Klarna is a 0% Finance payment provider we have partnered with. It allows you to order most items from our catalogue and either get up to 30 days to pay for your order or split the cost into 3 interest free instalments.

Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Furneo run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

In the UK you must be 18+ to use this credit offer. Klarna uses soft searches with credit reference agencies. These do not affect your credit rating. Missed payments can affect your ability to use Klarna. Pay in 3 instalments, complete terms. Pay later, complete terms.

Tracking & Delivery

We offer a free Standard Delivery option to the UK mainland. We also offer a Next Day Delivery option which incurs an additional charge depending on the delivery address.

Exceptions apply for certain remote postcodes. Any shipping surcharges will apply automatically at checkout. 

Delivery is provided by one of our parter couriers; Parcelforce or Panther Logistics.

Normally, delivery is made within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Please note that in certain situations, orders consisting of more than 1 parcel may arrive on separate days. 

Please note that delivery to certain postcodes may take longer, you can use the tracking details in your order shipping confirmation to track the status of your delivery. 

Please also note that delivery around Bank Holidays and after Christmas or Easter may take longer than usual.

You will be connected to the automated tracking system, please have your tracking number available. If you require further information regarding a shipment dispatched via Panther logistics, please contact customer support at 01604 215 000 who will be able to assist further. 

The courier is unable to leave parcels unattended. The service is a signed for service, requiring someone to be present at the delivery address for the parcel(s) to be handed to. 

If you have missed your delivery, you can re-book your delivery here for orders dispatched via Parcelforce. Alternatively, for orders dispatched via Parcelforce, you can also request to collect the item from your local Parcelforce depot. For a list of Parcelforce depots, click here. When collecting your parcel, please ensure that you have your tracking number(s), and a form of photo ID. Your parcel(s) will be held at your local Parcelforce depot for up to 14 days. After, they will be returned back to sender.

We do not currently offer collection of orders made online. However, you can pay for your item at our warehouse and take it home that day. We offer payment via card or cash, but cannot currently offer 0% finance, this is exclusive to online orders at furneo.co.uk.
