General Information

Hopefully, you will be able to find the answer you need from one of the FAQ's on this page, but if you need more help, just click the chat icon found at the bottom left of this page.

Orders

If your order was successful, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. Please check your inbox, including your junk or spam folder.

If you have an account with us, you can also check your Order History on your account page.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email and don’t have an account, please contact our customer support team here or email us at customersupport@furneo.co.uk.

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve placed your order. Please contact our customer support team here, as they may be able to cancel your order before it is dispatched. 

If your order has already been dispatched, there is nothing that we can do. You will need to follow our returns process.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact our customer support team here, and they may be able to cancel your order for you before it is dispatched.

If the problem persists, please try an alternative payment method. 

Klarna is a 0% Finance payment provider we have partnered with. It allows you to order most items from our catalogue and either get up to 30 days to pay for your order or split the cost into 3 interest free instalments.

Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Furneo run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

In the UK you must be 18+ to use this credit offer. Klarna uses soft searches with credit reference agencies. These do not affect your credit rating. Missed payments can affect your ability to use Klarna. Pay in 3 instalments, complete terms. Pay later, complete terms.

Tracking & Delivery

We offer a free Standard Delivery option to the UK mainland. We also offer a Next Day Delivery option which incurs an additional charge depending on the delivery address.

Exceptions apply for certain remote postcodes. Any shipping surcharges will apply automatically at checkout. 

We use trusted courier partners including Parcelforce, DHL, and XDP.

  • Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
  • Orders with multiple parcels may arrive on different days.
  • Deliveries to certain postcodes and during peak periods (e.g., Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter) may take longer.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please also note that delivery around Bank Holidays and after Christmas or Easter may take longer than usual.

  • Parcelforce: Track your parcel here using the tracking number provided.
    For automated tracking, call 0344 800 4466 and press 2 2 2. Have your tracking number ready. To speak to a representative, press 2 again when prompted.
  • DHL: Track your parcel here using the tracking number provided.
  • XDP: Track your parcel here.

Note: Orders that consists of more than 1 parcel may arrive on different days.

If you require further information regarding a shipment dispatched via Panther logistics, please contact customer support at 01604 215 000 who will be able to assist further. 

Couriers usually attempt re-delivery on the next working day.

Alternatively, you can rearrange delivery directly on the courier’s website for a day that suits you.

Yes—if you selected collection during checkout, your order can be picked up from our warehouse.
The collection address is included in your confirmation email.

Warehouse collection hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (excluding Bank Holidays)
