Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are then allowed up to 14 days to return the item.
Please be advised that unless the product is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the returns postage of an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, including all inner protective materials. You’ll also need proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reject a returned item if the above criteria are not met.
Please be advised that unless the item is damaged or faulty, we are unable to accept return requests beyond the 30 days statutory period.

Damages and issues
Any damages or faults must be put to us before attempting assembly. You should not begin assembly until your problem is resolved by a member of our customer support team. Damage reported after assembly of the item will not be considered for return/refund, this may be the result of improper assembly. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been previously assembled or partially assembled.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
