Shipping policy
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment, and in some cases on the same day. Please note that we do not dispatch items on Saturdays, Sundays or on UK Bank Holidays. For next working day delivery, orders must be received by 12pm on a weekday.
Where an inventory error may occur, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If your order is cancelled we will contact you via email, and a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us here, quoting your full name and order number, we will endeavour to cancel your order providing it has not been dispatched. Once cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original source of payment.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been dispatched, you will have to refuse delivery on the day of delivery by the courier. You will have to specifically say that you wish to refuse delivery, and request the item to be returned back to the sender. Failure to mention this will mean that the item will be held at the carriers depot for a period of 14 days before being returned to us. Once the item is returned back to us, a refund will be issued to the original source of payment. Please note that a deduction will be made for the return shipping of an item that is refused on delivery.
Delivery Information
We currently only offer delivery within the UK. Please take note that exceptions exist with regards to delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and British Islands. Please take care to ensure you read the details below.
We strictly do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Delivery is provided by our partner carriers DHL, Parcelforce, and XDP.
Standard delivery is provided free of charge for all items being delivered to the UK mainland unless otherwise stated. A surcharge of £50.00 applies for deliveries to Northern Ireland and other remote areas.
During peak times including before and after Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter, there may be additional delays to delivery, so please do not contact us to query the status of your order. Please use the tracking number(s) provided, to view the status of your order via the couriers websites.
Please note that delivery normally takes place on weekdays between 7am and 7pm. As this is a signed for service, someone will need to be available to receive the delivery at the address. If no one is available at the address, the courier may attempt delivery to a neighbour. A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made on consecutive days. If the courier is not able to deliver the item, it will be held at your local delivery depot for collection by you. Please note that delivery is to the front door of the building only.
Please note that delivery is estimated and not guaranteed for any of our services. Hence, we do not recommend the booking of 'assembly services' before you have received and checked your goods. This avoids you being charged by any service provider you may have requested from an external party.
