Delivery is fulfilled via a UK courier service (typically within 24–48 hours). This is a standard delivery to the front door of your building. If your order arrives in multiple parcels, rest assured it will be delivered in full. For any delivery-related queries, our team is here to help.

Please note: this product is delivered in flatpack format and requires self-assembly. Clear picture instructions and a written guide are included — we strongly recommend reviewing both carefully before beginning assembly.

If your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us before attempting assembly. Do not begin assembly until your issue has been resolved by our customer support team. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been assembled, as damage caused during assembly is not covered under our returns policy.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, including all internal protective materials, and secured appropriately.
